1. Cancel Anytime
Customers may cancel their recurring Zapp Songs membership at any time. Cancellation requests may be made through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

2. What Happens After Cancellation
When a membership is cancelled, the following changes take effect immediately and at the end of your current billing cycle:
Billing Stops
Future recurring billing stops immediately upon cancellation. No additional membership renewal charges should occur after cancellation is processed.
Active Period Remains
Your current paid billing period remains active until the end of that billing cycle — you keep what you've paid for.
Credits & Benefits End
Monthly song credits and membership-only benefits stop at the end of the active billing period.
3. Access After Billing Period Ends
After your current paid billing cycle expires, your account transitions to a limited state. Here's what changes:

Dashboard Benefits End
Membership-only dashboard benefits may no longer be accessible once your billing period concludes.

Song Credits Stop Renewing
New monthly song credits will not renew after the active period ends.

Premium Features Unavailable
Premium or subscriber-only features may no longer be available to your account.

Affiliate Eligibility May End
Future affiliate commission eligibility may end under the Affiliate Program terms then in effect.
We recommend downloading any completed songs or media you wish to retain before your membership access period ends.
4. Previously Created Songs
Your creative work is yours. Cancellation does not reverse songs that were already created or services that were already delivered before cancellation.
Previously created content may remain subject to the access model active at that time of creation.
5. Rejoining Later
You may rejoin Zapp Songs at any time — we'd love to have you back. However, please be aware of the following when returning:
Current Pricing Applies
Rejoining is subject to current pricing and plan availability at the time you return.
Current Terms Apply
The then-current terms and conditions will govern your new membership upon rejoining.
Legacy Benefits May Not Return
Promotional pricing, grandfathered plans, or legacy benefits may not remain available after cancellation.
6. Failed Payments vs. Cancellation
It's important to understand the difference between a failed payment and a voluntary cancellation. These are two distinct situations with different outcomes.
If a payment fails, expires, is reversed, or is declined, your account may enter a grace period, suspension state, or expiration flow under our Terms of Service. This is different from a voluntary cancellation request.
